Ensures transactions are recorded timely and accurately with accordance with the internal accounting policies.
The AR Accountant will report directly to the Assistant Controller.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities include:
Process customer refunds as they are requested from the Customer Experience team.
Respond to customer disputes by providing sufficient documentation to merchant services.
Send customer statements and payment reminders on a daily and weekly basis.
Process incoming customer payments.
Review Divvy transactions and ensure company spend is within accordance to the expense policy.
Process physical check run for Compliance team on a weekly basis Address any Ad hoc requests or other projects as assigned Post revenue daily Monthly Responsibilities include:
Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and process write-offs.
Assist with month end and annual close.
Manage reconciliations of assigned accounts and ensure they are up to date monthly.
Process sales tax JE's and payment at month-end Requirements Associate's in in accounting (Bachelor's preferred) 1-5 Years' experience in accounting Have a good understanding of accounting functions In-depth knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel Self-motivated and highly driven personality Extremely positive mindset Second-to-none work ethic Have an extreme ownership mentality Excellent Communication Skills.
