In this position, coaches provide instruction, insight, accountability, and encouragement to assist the students they work with in making meaningful life changes.
The right candidate will be motivated, have a proven track record for success, and a deep passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams.
They've spent years reading, studying, and personally applying countless books and courses on a variety of topics related to personal development, peak performance, psychology, relationships, etc.
Job Requirements At least 2 years coaching experience/teaching experience 4-year degree (or equivalent in experience) Outstanding organization and time management skills Proven track record of success Ability to communicate abstract, or complicated, ideas in a clear and easily understandable way Proven track record of helping others succeed Knowledge of Psychology Knowledge of the Unconscious Mind and Principles of Success Certification in NLP (preferred not required) Experience in Public Speaking Social work/Psychology (preferred not required) Benefits EXCELLENT INSURANCE PLANS:
