Inventory Analyst must ensure the organization purchases enough goods or materials to satisfy customer or production needs. Follows a thorough analysis of current inventory levels, and help identify any deficiencies and inefficiencies, making correctional recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Create and analyze daily reorder and fill reports
Analyze and correct inventory transactions
Maintain aging inventory reporting system
Maintain a SKU performance system
Timely update product availability fields
Maintain and follow appropriate processes and procedures; identify and recommend process improvements
Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
College degree in related field
Must have working knowledge of forecasting and replenishment.
Experience in inventory or related area
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Superior Excel skills
Dependable and detail oriented
Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple tasks as necessary
MAS200 experience a plus
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
