Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable/Receptionist

Center Stage Performing Arts is looking for a full time Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, who can help with the day-to-day operations of our busy growing dance studio. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, friendly individual who possesses at least 2 years or more experience in specifically Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Data Entry and Collections.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the front office, answer all phone calls in a friendly professional manner, greeting customers, accounts receivable, billing, collections, data entry, sign- ups for classes, scheduling and keep the front office organized.
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications; must be skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets
Highly detail oriented and organized
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
Experience with Quickbooks
Performing Arts Knowledge is helpful, but not required
Positive attitude and be able to work as a team player
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Must be looking for long term employment
Must be able to take direction well

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
