We currently operate nine Merry Maids franchised branches. At each branch, the Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding that branch's revenue goals. The Sales Associate will generate and follow-up on all leads and visit potential customer's homes to provide bids and close sales. This person is also integral in implementing marketing plans and lead generation strategies.
In addition to significant career growth opportunities, full-time employees enjoy a competitive commission based pay, averaging $24,000 - $50,000, depending on individual performance plus a bonus and profit sharing plan, life, health, and dental insurance, paid holiday and vacation. Includes company car.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving or exceeding sales goals
Driving growth and improved customer service and sales to existing customers
Utilizing effective selling skills and product knowledge to perform and close bids with potential customers
Implementing recommended marketing plans and lead generation strategies
Requirements
Sales Professional with 3
years experience
Minimum of a High School Diploma, some college preferred
Process and detail oriented
Results-driven and self-motivated
Ability to build trust and credibility
High energy and proactive
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Team player who works closely with corporate, operations, branch managers, cleaning team, and support staff
You must have valid Drivers License, be able to pass background and drug screening.
Two evenings a week and two Saturdaya per month are required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
