Flexible Part Time L1 / L2 Tech Support
Equinox IT Services is hiring for Part Time Level 1 and Level 2 Tech Support positions. We provide training for new hires that have a technical aptitude and basic technical background.
Some positions will be customer facing (end-user support) other positions will focus on assisting our technical staff. Equinox has opportunities for growth and development. We provide a great work environment that is challenging and collaborative. Schedule is flexible.
Equinox IT Services supports networks for local businesses. Our customers include Medical, Professional Services, Manufacturers, and more. From daily maintenance to large network overhauls and installations, we do it all.
Preferred
Experience: supporting common issues related to business networks, including:
MS Desktop and Server OSes
MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Server and Workstation Hardware
Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WAPs, Cabling
Applicants must be able to pass a security / background check / drug tests.
