POSITION SUMMARY
Bluehost is seeking a talented designer to contribute to a range of web, email, product, and offline projects. We are looking for a driven individual with an innate passion for the attractive, efficient, and simple; someone with an eye for good design and a thorough attention to detail rivaled only by Dieter Rams. They should be a proactive learner who hungrily works to improve their skills, constantly grows their knowledge of the industry, and is eager to learn from others in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Design various web pages and supporting creative content
Create digital collateral, including online ads, banners, and promotional graphics
Design and create various internal and external email communications
Perform photography editing, retouching, and enhancement
Design print deliverables including brochures, flyers, corporate collateral, product packaging, offline displays, and other promotional material
Contribute to software and product development through UI/UX, wireframes, concepts, mockups, design comps, and final deliverables
Participate in all stages of design process, from concept to production

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
Possess both a passion and an eye for attractive and effective design
Proficiency with Adobe creative software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and feel at home with Apple computers, OS, and applications
Familiarity with leading web design and email best practices and trends, particularly with responsive design, eCommerce, and conversion-centric techniques
Exceptional intuition and design skills regarding human interface, user experience, and flow
Experience managing and contributing to multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines, concurrently and autonomously, with little supervision
Able to communicate effectively and maturely manage constructive criticism and direction
Able to substantively contribute to projects in a collaborative, team environment
Familiarity with HTML and CSS languages would be nice
