Inventory Control Clerk
Legrand has an opportunity for an Inventory Controls Clerk at our Orem, UT location. The Inventory Controls Clerk will record and maintain control of all inventory functions; ensure compliance with established internal controls and processes. Determine root cause for inventory variances, including CM consigned materials, manages and defines processes within the CM kitting process.
Reports to the Materials Team Leader.

Perform system transactions for manufacturing and inventory control, order creation, picks, receipts, transfers, Cycle Counts, inventory adjustments.
Responsible for performing daily cycle counts, along with researching root cause to variances.
Responsible for physically pulling CM parts.
Responsible for the parts requisition process, including pulling physical parts requested and issuing parts to the appropriate accounts.
Manage the OVAR (Operational Variance Report).
Manage the daily Back Flush report
Receipt of all sub-assembly boards from the CM's
Back up receiving agent
Back up shipping agent
Ability to lift up to 50lb
Ability to perform moderate physical activity
Qualifications:
1-2 years working experience in an MRP/ERP system with operating philosophies/methodologies.
Requires experience and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing company.
Requires excellent organizational skill and high level of attention to details.
Requires excellent computer skills including: MS office programs
