What we are looking for:
o Prior office/administrative assistant experience a plus
o Prior customer service experience in a call center or sales organization preferred
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Detailed oriented
o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Demonstrated ability to work independently
o Positive, optimistic with strong problem solving skills
o Ability to function successfully in a team environment
o Ability to work full time with some flexibility in scheduling
o Spanish speaking a plus

Compensation: $10.00-$14.00+hour - DOE and position offered
Position is Full Time - daytime Mon-Friday with some flexibility in scheduling

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
