Job Description
You could join our summer sales team in sunny Phoenix Arizona this summer!
Do you have successful experience with in-home direct sales? This could be in any industry, from security systems to solar panels to even pest control. As long as you have proven success with in-home direct sales then look no further. We provide preset appointments 5 days a week where you will go and close homeowners. These homeowners will have already been to a fire education dinner the night before and will be hot leads and ready to close.
We are only looking for experienced sales rep with a proven track record to finish out our AZ team. Our typical rep makes anywhere from $3,000-$6,000
a week in commissions. We project each rep to make anywhere from $60k-$100k
over the course of the summer. Not only will you make great money, you will also feel great about the product you will offer. We provide high quality, military grade fire safety equipment for residential homes. You will be protecting lives along the way.
Responsibilities
-Live in Phoenix from May through August. (opportunities for extending to those that are performing)
-Meets sales goals given on a weekly basis.
-Attends every set appointment given to them in a prompt matter (Tuesday through Saturday all day)
-Keeps CRM up to date (on an app) after each appointment
-Maintains professional knowledge of products by training and sales role-plays at sales meetings.
Qualifications
Proven success with in-home direct sales is a MUST. Along with that comes a need to have great customer service skills, negotiating skills, and great self-confidence. We like people who are very self driven and are go-getters. The money is there, it is up to those with the skills/ability and drive to go out and get it. We provide set appointments with very warm leads, just go out and close the deal.
