We are a local company and we have been in business since 1960, we started in California and then moved to Utah in 1973, and we are here to stay. Primarily we are an electrical company with an excellent solar division, our leadership in the company has been doing solar projects for over 18 years. Our solar market is growing and will continue to do so in a sustainable way by hiring people who share the passion and integrity that we pride ourselves on as a company. Responsibilities
Residential Appointment Setting
Lead Generation
Representation at tradeshows
Must be able to be on your feet 5-6 hours per day
Working outside on a daily basis
Reaching goals with your team
Must keep a 60% set ratio
Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
Good communication skills
2 years previous work experience
Positive Attitude
Self-Starter
Goal and Performance Driven
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous door knocking experience
Enthusiasm in the growth potential within our company

Proven relationship builder with extraordinary interpersonal skills
Compensation & Perks $18/hr ($14/hr during training)
Weekly $45-75 Bonus per sit down appointment
Monthly Team Bonus
Full-Time Employees will receive profit sharingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
