Responsibilities
If you are selected, you will receive:
Extensive 8-week paid training to prepare for managing your own insurance agency Coaching and mentorship from a local Sales Manager Ongoing corporate assistance in the form of live training, support lines, WebEx training, one-on-one consulting, IT, and more Financial support for setting up your office, hiring and training staff, and marketing your business Base pay for 4 years while you build your business In addition to base pay, commission, and financial support, American Family offers its agents several bonus opportunities annually for those that excel at customer service and sales. Our top agents earn incentive trips all over the world. Some of our recent trips include Monte Carlo, Banff, Hawaii, and Switzerland. $48,000 base pay, staff reimbursement, lease support via our agency finance plan plus commissions.
Qualifications
Only applicants with minimum 3 years of sales or management experience will be considered for this unique opportunity. Applicants must be able to pass examinations for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.
