Enrollment Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for someone long-term, who would like a major opportunity to help us build our sales team and customer base, taking our business to the next level. This person must be self-motivated, goal oriented, have a positive mental attitude and love people. We want to stress Positive mental attitude. You must always be looking for the best qualities in all of our sales reps and staff. We are a very team oriented company and are open to your team building ideas, as well. You will be working with our new sales reps and teaching them how to be successful, by building their customer base (we have a program in place that we will train you on). You will also be working with our customer base, by being proactive and assuring they get their incentives in a timely manner. Another part of your job is to manage and work together with our customer care reps, to follow up and contact people who have signed up to see a demonstration of our product.
Responsibilities
- Teaching sales reps our referral program to build their customer base
- Coaching and working with our customer care team
- Following up with outside customers who have requested in-home demonstrations
- Data entry of appointments/results
- Working with the Department Head to plan and strategize (room for advancement!)
- Lite Social Media posting (training is provided and you will be training reps as well)
- Being proactive in searching out new shows and expos to expose our brand
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Coaching experience would be helpful
- Must be able to multi-task
- Quick and Proficient at data entry
- Google Calendar
- Basics in Word, Excel

BonusesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
