Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, sales reps will call in to qualify customers and set them up with the DirectTV Bundle that fits right for them. You will be required to enter in personal information of the customers to see if they qualify.
Low Stress Position dealing mostly with sales reps.
Base Rate $10 per hour
Bilingual(Spanish/English) pays $1.00 more per hour.

Responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to problem solve.
A great customer service oriented attitude.
Ability to critically think.
Self-motivated to set goals and work to achieve expectations.
Perform in a fast-paced and high expectation call center environment.
Must be punctual.
Must be able to attend training period.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and/or sales in preferred but not required
Qualifications
Ability to successfully pass background check
Must be at least 18 years old (per Industry s requirement)
Must be able to commit to 6 months in the department
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Call center experience preferred but not required
Must pass Typing Test with 40 WPM

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
