Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Coordinator for Extended Studies, operates an Interactive Distance Learning System which includes computers, video conferencing, and other office equipment (training will be provided) as well as facilitates delivery of Live Interactive Video courses.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from a standard senior high school or the equivalent plus one year of full-time experience related to the Summary of Duties.
Knowledge
Knowledge of technical equipment, including but not limited to TV, VCR/DVD players, cameras, remotes, sound systems, computers, and printers.
Knowledge of university policies and procedures a plus.
Skills
Skills to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Computer and computer software application skills.
Abilities
Ability to keep student records confidential.
Ability to meet and work with the public.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical difficulties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
