Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day accounting including accounts payable, reconciling monthly bank statements, preparing journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations. Accounting is the main function of this position, however, the applicant may be asked to help with other tasks as well including running errands, maintaining company databases, state & federal reports, organizing files, etc.
Qualifications
4 year accounting degree (preferred but not essential); accounting / bookkeeping experience is mandatory as is experience with Quickbooks and Excel. Other industry specific software is also involved, but training will be provided. Position is part time 20-30 hours per week with some flexibility. Compensation dependent upon experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
