Call Center/Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Our call center is a newly developed department within our company and we are looking to hire a customer service representative to be a part of our call center. The day to day duties would include calling potential customers, answering phones, and scheduling estimates for customers. It is a part time position, Monday thru Friday with some occasional Saturdays. We are willing to work around school schedules and the pay is $8/hr. As a call center customer service representative, you would be in charge of answering incoming calls from potential customers. You would be responsible for the scheduling of estimates for customers. Our call center customer service represenatatives make calls to potential customers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
