As part of our inside sales team, you ll perform the essential function of helping grow our customer base. Elite IT s mission is to provide enterprise-level technical support services to residential customers and small to midsize businesses. Take inbound requests from consumers experiencing technology-related issues
Inform and counsel consumers about custom solutions available through Elite IT Home
Perfect your sales skills while helping our customers enjoy their technology
Work with the latest in computer technology to assist the analytics process
Qualifications
Teachable and willing to learn and grow
Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
Sales skills and the ability to meet sales quotas
Basic aptitude with computers and technology
Able to work 30-36 hours/week
Able to work occasional Saturdays (No Sundays)
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to succeed
