Orthodontic Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated orthodontic assistant to join our team. We love team players who communicate well and work well with others. The position is fast paced and requires an ability to learn quickly, adapt to change frequently, love to interact with patients, team members, and doctors. You will be working Monday-Thursday 9:
00am - 5:
00pm.
Responsibilities
All chairside orthodontic assistant duties including:
Bonding/Debanding
Assisting the doctors and treatment coordinators
Adjusting braces
Educating patients about proper oral hygiene
Taking impressions
Taking photos and x-rays
Lab work:
pouring models & making essix retainers
Assist with daily office tasks
Qualifications
At least one year experience in the orthodontics and/or dental field is preferred. Must have a friendly, upbeat personality, be a team player and enjoy taking care of patients.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
