Jr. Software Developer

Job Description
The Jr. Software Developer in this position will provide programming support for new and existing information systems based on user specifications with guidance from other staff members. The person in this position will consult with and provide users with assistance in determining program enhancements and required maintenance.
Responsibilities
Performs program maintenance, modifications, and enhancements to new/existing systems through programming, testing, documenting, and training users.
Confers with user personnel and department representatives in resolving questions of program/system intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
Responsible for learning Company systems and how they are automated.
Provides on-call programming support.
Communicates and works as needed with any internal/external customers with a more senior developer/engineer or manager present.
Performs other duties as assigned by management Senor Software Developer.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of information technology fundamentals and programming languages.
Ability to gain detailed knowledge of:
o C#
o SSRS
o SSIS
o SQL/SSMS
o CSS
o HTML
o Salesforce
Ability to perform analysis of straightforward system functionality with support of more senior Software Engineers.
Ability to gain detailed knowledge of general system architecture and functionality, as well as detailed knowledge of specific sub-systems.
Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to software development.
Working Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
-The physical activities of this position include: talking, hearing, and keying.
-The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
including the human body. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
-The worker is required to have visual acuity to perform activities at distances close to the eyes.
-The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
