Job Description
General Laborers
The job duties of a general laborer vary. They may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading/unloading equipment, and using a variety of hand tools and machines.
CDL Drivers
The most common job duties for our CDL Drivers are transporting loads from one jobsite to another delivering materials in a timely manner, verifying material weight, cooperating with other crew members, keeping the truck clean and in good condition, and helping the General Laborers when needed.
Concrete Worker
Perform tasks involving physical labor for concrete projects. Operate a variety of hand and power tools. Clean and prepare sites, set braces and concrete forms. Assist other crew members (with asphalt) as needed. Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
General responsibilities for all:
Applicant must be able to work well with crew members and follow direction. You will be working outdoors in the summer months so temperatures can be extreme. Must not be afraid to operate a shovel or rake. Must have a valid driver s license with favorable motor vehicle record. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. Capable to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects (50 lb) walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor under adverse conditions

Experience specific to our trade, asphalt maintenance and repair, is helpful but not necessary. Starting wages for these positions depends on experience ($14 - $20).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
