Executive Assistant
Job Description
This position will be responsible for assisting the owner with various management functions including:
scheduling of key employee meetings, maintaining & writing of process and procedures, maintaining owners schedule, implementation of key initiatives as directed by owner, data management, key report generation, other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
Maintain the schedule of field staff as well as owners
Distribute meeting agendas
Take minutes during meeting and distribute to appropriate team members
Confirm all appointments two days prior to scheduled appointment /meeting
Collect / coordinate data for regularly scheduled meetings from key employees
Maintain filing system for owner
Customer dispute resolution as directed, Folllow up with customers after visits,, perfrom collections if needed. Write processes and procedures as directed
Maintain the corporate process and procedures manual
Manage re-occurring events calendar (Performance Reviews, Events, etc)
Assist in the writing and completion of implementation plans
Research assignments as directed by owner
Create reporting as directed by owner
Distribute correspondence
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Phone skills
Minimum of two years administrative experience within an office
Two years related experience managing an office or equivalent combination of education and experience
Customer service skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to logistically think through a complete processEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
