It s easier to eat healthy when good food comes to your doorstep, and Winder Farms delivers over 300 different products locally sourced whenever possible including milk, eggs, breads, juice, meats, and more. When your basic groceries come to you every week, you save trips to the grocery store, which for most people means freeing up at least 2 hours per week to do something else like spending time with family or friends, or anything else you d rather be doing than grocery shopping!
As an outside sales representative for Winder Farms, your job is to help people discover how Winder Farms can make their lives better, and then help them customize a weekly grocery delivery of those basics that will save them trips to the store. You will go to bed at night knowing you helped make someone s life better.
How Are You Compensated?
Write your own paycheck with uncapped commissions! We re serious. Our top sales representatives earn in the $100K annual range.
Earn while you learn with generous training pay to help get you up and running.

You will contact people in their homes, at local events such as farmer s markets and county fairs, and even where they work ( free chocolate milk in the break room! ).
Qualifications
What Skills and Abilities Do You Need to Be Successful?
You must be able to talk to people and you ll do even better if you really enjoy it!
You must be comfortable with technology. You will work with an iPad.
You must have a strong work ethic. Period.
You must have a valid driver s license and a reliable way to get to work.
Sales experience can be helpful, but is not required. If you have a passion for great food and are a quick learner, we will teach you how to share Winder Farms.

While we have many sales representatives who are happy to continue in very profitable and rewarding sales positions, we have others who have gone on to become sales managers, trainers, recruiters, regional directors, and even vice-president of sales.
