Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for HR duties, accounting as well as examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities
Perform Account Payables and Receivable duties
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Process payroll
Run errands
Do monthly bank records reconciles
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Quickbooks experience
Be very familiar with Microsoft office applications.
Must be system originated
Must be good at taking direction in oral and written form.
Prefer to have office experience working construction or manufacturing industries.
Prefer to have some HR experience.
Additional Information
Experience and or DegreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
