The Customer Service Coordinator Department is a fast-growing department that coordinates the efforts of hundreds of sale representatives, field service technicians, and managers to ensure EDGE s customers receive the best service in the industry. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to work for a company with a great culture and atmosphere. We have part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions available.

Responsibilities
Communicate and coordinate services between sales representatives, field service technicians, and managers
Assist in scheduling optimization for field service technicians using innovative and cutting-edge scheduling software
Submit regular reports to management on service efficiency and task completion.
Respond to pending-customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of EDGE products and services.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact internally and with customers
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world-class service in The Edge Way .
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
