Asphalt Maintenance Laborer and/or CDL Driver
Job Description
Asphalt laborer duties include:
- Clean and prepare job site.
- Load and unload equipment .
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Candidate must be able to lift and carry heavy objects of up to 50 lbs.
- Candidate must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Candidate must be able to withstand summer temperatures.
CDL driver duties include
- Perform pre and post trip inspections.
- Hooking up trailers.
- Loading equipment.
- Candidate must be able to lift and carry heavy objects of up to 50 lbs.
- Candidate must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Candidate must be able to withstand summer temperatures.
Qualifications
General
Qualifications:
No experience is necessary (but any experience in the industry is beneficial).
Work well with crew members and follow direction.
For CDL drivers only:
- Class A license is preferred but will accept Class B.
Additional Information
Hourly Rate is $11-$20 per hour depending on experience.
We will accept part time employee's (however, must be available to work full work days, approx. 7 am to 5 pm).
Overtime pay is 1.5 X hourly rate.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
