To meet increased customer demand I need to hire 5 more Professional Sales Consultants. We have the best new car inventory come check it out! We have the highest customer retention of all metro dealers in the USA. 69% of customers who buy a Toyota from us buy another Toyota from us. We truly do care about customer service and the customer experience. We are expanding our lot to be able to provide even more cars. We are growing. Come grow with us.
This is what I am looking for.
Sales consultants from any field. I am looking for experienced self starters who want to take their life to the next level. Additional compensation for high performers with car sales experience and a proven track record. I expect these people to require of themselves at minimum $50,000/ year to $250,000+/ year.
Hard worker. With or with out sales experience. Are you tired of getting paid the same amount as your co-workers but you work harder and get more done? Here we pay for results. Commission sales is the best place to increase your standard of living. You get paid for how well you perform. We have a lot of high performers but I need more to meet customer demand.
