Outbound Loan Officer
Job Description
Outbound loan officers will be working in a call center atmosphere and will be expected to make outbound calls to existing members of the credit union to offer them additional products and services.

Utah Community Credit Union is currently looking to add an outbound loan officer to our growing consumer loan department. Loan officers will be working in a call center atmosphere and will be expected to make outbound calls to existing members of the credit union to offer them additional products and services. Loan officers will then open accounts and process the loans they have offered. Loan officers will be expected to meet certain loan production standards. Successful loan officers will have great communication skills, have a great work ethic and excellent customer service.
This will be a great job for someone who has outbound call experience and is interested in the financial industry. Loan officers will be paid a base hourly wage of $10 an hour plus commission. Current loan officers make between $14 and $20 per hour if you include commissions. However, there are no caps to the commission structure so the sky is the limit. Hours are very flexible as long as loan officer works 40 hours a week. And with all full time jobs at UCCU we offer excellent medical benefits and an amazing 401k plan.
