Job Description
We are looking for a few good handyman to work in Utah County Only with the following experience (not in any order). Not all skills are required but the more you have, the more projects we can schedule you for:
Painting: Interior/Exterior, Latex, Lacquer, Stain, Glazing, Faux Painting, epoxy flooring, cabinets
Drywall: Installation and repair
Plumbing: Minor repairs and installs for gas and water. Install bath and kitchen fixtures, Forced Heat and AC installation
Electrical: Minor repairs and installs into existing electrical circuits, lighting
Flooring: Carpet, Linoleum, Hardwood, Laminate, Tile, heated flooring
Concrete
Roofing
Finish Carpentry: Baseboards, Trim, Doors, Jambs, Caseing, Crown Molding, Stair Railings, closet shelving
Counter-top Installation: Granite, Solid Surface, Laminate
Window and Door Installation
Cabinetry
Framing
Stucco repair
Siding: Aluminum and Vinyl
Brick and Stone: Fireplaces, brick and stone walls
Basement remodels
Decks: Building, repair, installation
Demolition
Welding
Fence and Gate Installation: Wood, Vinyl, Brick
Gutter Installation
Window Well Installation
Home Theater Installs
Landscaping Services
Qualifications
Must have the knowledge and understanding of project types to be performed of both time and materials required for completion. This is not a training position and you will in most cases be working on your own for each project scheduled. If you know what you are doing, you will make great money with our company.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have basic math skills and be proficient in measurements and geometric shapes
Must be punctual and on-time
Must be detailed and organized
Must be personable and outgoing
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a security background check
Knowledge of the construction industryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
