KLAS Enterprises is looking to hire an outstanding editor to refine research-collected commentary for publication. Editors ensure that the comments are grammatically correct, consistent with internal guidelines, and maintain the author s voice. The editor edits information focusing on the healthcare information technology industry and performs other duties related to editing and data processing.
Qualifications:
Crawling skin from the above example
Editing minor strongly preferred, significant editing coursework
Extensive knowledge of copyediting rules
Strong familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style
Ability to complete tasks on time
Strong communication skills
Ability and desire to rapidly learn new and broad-reaching healthcare and technology-related concepts
Detail oriented and hardworking
This position starts at $13.50/hour with a bump to $15/hour after accuracy and efficiency metrics are met. This position is eligible for full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, 401K, wellness program and more!
