This position with growing document management software company will handle first-tier support, help customers over the phone and via remote-assistance software, assist with setup and configuration, troubleshoot common software problems, and perform training Webinars for groups of software users.

Outgoing personality that enjoys helping people
Good understanding of computers
Good grasp of Microsoft Windows and Office software
Good troubleshooting skills
Comfortable learning and experimenting with new softwareEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
