Job Coach / Supported Living Specialist
Job Description
Job Coach needed for Utah County. We are looking for someone who is available to work Monday - Friday from 2:
00 pm to 9:
00 pm and Saturdays . As a Job Coach you will work one-on-one with a people with disabilities at a variety of locations throughout Utah County to teach them the skills necessary for them to become as independent as possible.
Responsibilities
As a Job Coach you will be responsible to teach work skills to people with disabilities who need job training to maintain or increase their employment. You will work one-on-one at the job site with a person to help them learn their new job and responsibilities.
Our Job Coaches also provide supported living services where you will be teaching the individual you serve how to access and participate in their communities to the fullest extent possible. We are seeking applicants who are trustworthy, have a desire to teach and help others and enjoy working with people.
Qualifications
Pass a background check, willingness to become CPR certified, take a TB test, reliable transportation, proof of vehicle registration and insurance.
