Executive Technology Specialist

Job Description
FUNCTION: The Executive Technology Specialist provides business application and technology support for the executive team.
Responsibilities
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Visualizes and implements the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values;
Provide full technical support to executive staff of workstations, computers, laptops, tablets, phones, and other devices.
Use advanced troubleshooting skills to provide first-level contact and problem resolution for executive staff with hardware, software, and applications problems;
Installs, tests, and repairs software and hardware specific to the needs of executive team;
Provide training and support to executive team of hardware, software, applications;
Assists communications and marketing departments in carrying out various IT programs and tasks related to preparation of executive presentations, trade shows, and other corporate communications;
Assists IT department in carrying out various tasks;
Maintain in-depth knowledge of supported products and services;
Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Undergraduate degree in business management, technology, or other related field is preferred;
One to two years prior experience preferred;
Must work well independently with little supervision;
Excellent trouble shooting and prioritization skills for timely resolution of client issues;
Strong working knowledge with variety of business applications, including: Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Mac OS, iOS, and more;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and an ability to provide technical support and training to corporate executives;
Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional work outside regular business hours and/or overnight travel;
Sedentary work, requiring lifting up to 50lbs;
Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment;
Inside, climate-controlled working conditions;
Majority of worktime will likely be spent at the Clyde Companies corporate headquarters, but a significant portion of worktime will be spent with other corporate executives in office or home locations throughout the Wasatch Front.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
