Cabinet Installer
Job Description
Edge Homes is seeking a full-time independent contractor to perform all cabinet installs. Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations and Purchasing and Cabinet Designer, the Cabinet Installer will be responsible to follow cabinet plans to install ordered material.
Responsibilities
Review cabinet plans and option sheets to understand full scope of each project
Maintain high quality workmanship and problem solve issues
Drive to subdivisions for installs and stay on a tight construction schedule
Perform installs quickly and efficiently with limited supervision
Relay progress reports to site superintendents as needed
Maintain safety standards while operating various pieces of equipment and power tools
Keep a clean job site
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience with construction and cabinet installation
Excellent carpentry skills, use of power tools and ability to read and interpret dimensional plans
Technical diploma is a plus
Knowledge of plumbing and appliance integration with cabinetry and installation requirements
Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail with a mindset for high-quality workmanship
Valid Utah Driver's LicenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
