Agent/Advisor $70k base plus full commissions
Job Description
Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking passionate, self-driven individuals to train, develop and mentor into a Farm Bureau Insurance Sales Agent. We offer a $70,000 annual supplement plus full commissions and bonuses (for up to 5 years). The right person will be business minded, highly respected and a great influence in their community.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Generate new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources.
Develop insurance proposals, deliver sales presentations and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships.
Qualifications
Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Embody a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, strong work ethic and independent.
Highly self-motivated.
Customer service focused.
