Responsibilities
We are seeking a customer service oriented, small business friendly individual to join us in transforming the accounting industry. You will be the primary tax planning and tax return preparation advisor for a group of small business owners all over the country. The opportunity to serve, guide, and really make a difference in a broad spectrum of clients lives can t be paralleled.
Because of Mazuma s unique systematic approach to client service, and its proper application of technology, you will find a steady stream of work throughout the year, without the typical excess overtime during tax season. You will be supported by a team of 4 well trained bookkeepers and a senior accountant to allow you to focus on consultation and tax planning.

Qualifications
Required Attributes:
CPA License
Customer Service Skills (very good written and verbal communication)
Small Business Friendly
Positive Attitude
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of tax public accounting experience
Familiarity with professional tax preparation software (ie Lacerte, Prosystems, Ultratax)
Ability to estimate tax liabilities using up to date financial statements
Ability to prepare and advise on 1040, 1120, and 1065 tax returns
Ability to help clients understand how payroll and payroll taxes workEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
