Position
Summary: Responsible for providing a trusted educational experience for customers coupled with helping customers find the right products to purchase in the stores while sharing the task load of keeping the store operational.

Responsibilities
Position
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and approved product knowledge to the store customer
Perform assigned stewardships and other tasks in a timely, yet effective manner to aid in store operations
Work closely with store supervisors in gaining additional product and procedural knowledge
Be able to reveal customer needs and give the correct solutions to fulfill those needs
Communicate clearly and positively to supervisors and other departments in correcting concerns with product inventory, customer service, and other internal needs.

Must be willing to gain a wide knowledge of emergency preparedness and of specific products sold in the stores.
Must be able to communicate with and educate customers to help them purchase the right products based on their personal needs in ways that build strong customer loyalty.

You need to be available for flexible schedules Monday through Saturday. (Mornings, afternoons and evenings). Must also be available to work holidays.

Additional Information
We are looking for part time employees to work in our stores located in Orem, Murray and Bountiful. Must be 18 years or older.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
