Responsibilities
Loan document preparation, booking, and funding of consumer and commercial loans.
Order credit reports, Etc. for loan officer
Follow up with loan officer on missing loan documentation.
Assure that all loan files are accurate and compliant with bank loan policy and regulatory agencies.
Superior customer service skills to the loan officer and other areas of the bank.
Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Qualifications
Superior customer service skills
Strong math, reading, Microsoft Office, and computer skills
Take ownership of assigned duties
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
College Degree or formalized education, business or related degree is a plus
Prior lending/Loan Processing experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
