We are looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our team! If you have an aptitude and keen eye with good hand-eye coordination, then The Repair Technician position is for you! You would be responsible for repairing cell phone, tablets, and computer devices in a timely manner with minimal mistakes. We want someone who is proactive, has a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
This is full-time position. The stores are open Monday thru Saturday 9:
00am-6:
00pm.

Repairing cell phone and tablet devices
Detail-Oriented

Time Management and Organization Skills
Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent
Experience:
High school Diploma, College preferred but not required.
Experience with device repairs or similar technician repair experience.
Other requirements (certifications and so forth):
No certification required, but will need to be able to adhere to iQue s training and standards of excellence including our IQUE ROAD process

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to phone calls, customer service, and requirements for up sales. The employee also is exposed to glass, metal, and materials that could cause damage to their skin via repair, but have been provided with Safety guidelines as to ensure proper use of equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
