Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to help produce and ship our nutraceutical product. Must be able to follow instructions, measure solutions precisely and adhere to sanitary guidelines. Will fill in for Fulfillment Manager as needed.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with staff regarding fulfillment needs
- Communicate with members regarding shipping issues or questions as needed
- Maintain sterile production work space
- Measure and mix solutions accurately
- Label, sterilize, fill, cap and apply shrink bands to bottles
- Pack product neatly and securely, create and apply shipping labels, drop off packages
- Coordinate international shipping; research Customs regulations for each country, complete Customs paperwork accurately and ensure all packages have the appropriate documentation
- Assess supply needs, inventory supplies, compare prices on supplies and purchase supplies for department
- Run errands and drive to SLC and Herriman for supplies as needed
- Some email Customer Service duties: answer questions, resolve issues, arrange returns
- Edit and update user manuals
- Maintain web store: Update store content and SSL certificates, communicate with tech support regarding site issues
- Take initiative to request additional assignments in down time
- Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes
- Job requires some driving; occasional errands around SLC area and daily package drop offs
- Job requires good hand/eye coordination
- Candidates will need to be able to use hands frequently to cut labels, apply and secure labels and tape to boxes, grip and tighten product lids, and use a heat gun to apply shrink bands.
Additional Information
Wage: $12/hr
