Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance worker to perform various odd jobs to upkeep and repair the interior and exterior of numerous properties. You must be well-organized and strong general repair skills are a plus. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. The hours may vary day-to-day depending on the job, but hours will total 40/week. We are flexible with the hours and scheduling if needed.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and light repairs
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
Undertake light installation
Repair equipment or appliances
Light plumbing
Identify and report the need for major repairs
Qualifications
Need to have your own transportation (being able to pull a utility trailer is a major plus)
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
Having most of your own tools is highly preferred, although tools for special circumstances can be provided
Good communication ability
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
Attention to detail
