Immediate Hire! This is a really fun and busy seasonal job position for the summer months starting in June and going through the end of August or mid-September. Our employees learn all about our high end MasterCraft wakesurfing boat operation, teaching all types of water sports, flyboarding, jet skis, towing trailers with a truck, traveling to many different lakes and states and making sure the customers have a safe and fun time on the water. This position deals with all aspects of boat rentals, jet ski rentals, delivery of equipment with a tow truck which we provide, water sports lessons, general cleaning, teaching watercraft operation and basic maintenance and trouble shooting. This job is for someone who doesn't mind traveling long distances for 1-8 days at a time being away from home and sleeping it in the truck bed or camping. We have a lot of fun and work long hours during the summer and travel to many states. This is a job for someone who is always on time, enjoys driving a truck, enjoys traveling to many states throughout the summer months, always friendly and thinks ahead, enjoys to work and be around people and the lake. You MUST have a good amount of experience towing trailers with a truck safely, some experience operating boats and jet skis. You have to understand and execute written and verbal commands, learn quickly, and think ahead. This person doesn't have to be managed; they can work on their own effectively and come up with solutions. You have to be available all the time during the months of June, July and Aug. You have to be able to work every day of the week and time off depends on our scheduled rentals. If you know how to teach and do water sport that is a plus but NOT required. Clean driving record with no more that 1-3 minor violations, free criminal record, drug free, tobacco free, and alcohol free work place. If you know how to fix boats and / or jet skis that's a plus, but not required. Great personality; one who will get along with every client in all situations.
