Job Description
Orem based towing service looking for full time dispatch to answer phones to take calls from customers with disabled vehicles and dispatch tow truck drivers to the scene. Other clerical responsibilities as well. Must be able to multi task and work under pressure. Hours are 8:
00-5:
00 Monday - Friday with occasional evening or Saturday. Must be available some holidays. Holiday pay, paid time off, 401K .
Responsibilities
Take incoming calls
Coordinate calls and dispatch drivers efficiently
Clerical duties
Data entry
Qualifications
Must be hard working, enthusiastic and energetic
Must work well under pressure
Must have some experience answering phones
