Our mission is to support the development of young children through five key programs Early Intervention Early Head Start the KOTM Autism Center KOTM Respite Care and KOTM Childcare Center.
KOTM is currently seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist in the Early Intervention program who can implement an appropriate basic array of developmental interventions with children to years old in all areas of development.
As the inhouse specialist in communication and language development the SLP must be able to implement more indepth strategies of intervention in these areas.
The SLP must be able to effectively facilitate the parentchild relationship in a manner which is matched to parent learning styles and modes of interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES ATTRIBUTES KOTM believes that the following attributes are necessary to be fully successful in this position PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
