As needed On Call Part Time.
Few hours per week vary and are flexible.
Handyperson with general skills such assheetrock repair painting general misc.
repairs minor plumbing and electrical able to move appliances.
Miscellaneous items such as errands determine what needs to be done to ready a unit for move in some yard work yearly inspections of units.
Must have skills to do the above common sense be honest sober clean nonsmoking no drugs dependable have a neat appearance your own tools dependable transportation valid drivers license and valid social security number.
Background check is required.
Receive at the end of the year.
